The Problem
Creators needed high-quality, adaptable motion content, but producing it from scratch required specialized tools, time, and technical fluency. The opportunity was to turn a fragmented library of creative assets into a faster, more approachable product workflow.
Product Approach
- Build reusable template and content systems that let creators start from an adaptable foundation.
- Make discovery, preview, and import feel direct enough for a working creator rather than a specialist.
- Use consistent interaction and motion patterns to make a large library easier to navigate and apply.
My Contribution
I led product strategy, creative direction, automation, and reusable systems across the business. I designed and prototyped product surfaces and web experiences, including EasyEdit Viewer and EasyEdit Assets, while leading a cross-functional team and improving its productivity through guidelines, automation, and A/B testing.
EasyEdit Viewer
EasyEdit Viewer makes a library of 10,000+ templates easier to discover, preview, and import. The product focus was reducing the distance between finding an asset and using it in a creator’s workflow.

A reusable library of 450+ elements that gives creators consistent building blocks for channel content.

A reusable text system with 1,500+ templates for applying hierarchy, timing, and emphasis without rebuilding motion from scratch.
